PERSONALISED CHAINS

1. Please pick the chain carefully and double check spelling as we do not offer returns or exchanges on personalised or custom chains 

ALL OTHER CHAINS

1. We currently only offer exchanges on all other chains if you change your mind and is within 14 days from the date of purchase
2. The products must be in their original condition, including packaging and accessories
3. Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way.
4. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
6. Any shipping and handling fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
7. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
